Booking Conditions

• Your scheduled appointments may be shifted by up to 15 minutes. You will receive your final schedule upon arrival at our hotel reception.
• Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. In case of late arrival, we will shorten your treatment time out of consideration for subsequent appointments, while charging the full amount.
• All treatment durations are approximate and may include a resting period of 5–10 minutes.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the start of the treatment are free of charge.
• For later cancellations or no-shows, 80% of the treatment cost will be charged.
