Cancellation policy

 

The appointments scheduled with you have been exclusively reserved for you. Therefore, if you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to inform us in writing as soon as possible, so that we can release the appointments for others to book.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the appointment
• For later cancellations or no-shows, 80% of the total amount will be charged
• If you arrive late, we will reduce your treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other customers, but the full amount will be charged.
